Thank you for visiting Scopes n’ More and NightVision4Less.com.  It is our intent to be both forthright and clear regarding our policies.  If your questions are not answered by the information on this page, please email us at Sales@scopesnmore.com.  Also, feel free to make any suggestions regarding our website.  Without you, the customer, we don’t have a business.

Our Night Vision Low Price Guarantee:

At Scopes n’ More, we're committed to offering our customers great service and the best prices on name brand Night Vision Optics.  Because some of our larger competitors get bulk discounts that we're not privy to, it's sometimes hard to compete.  Although we can always provide better service, we'll try hard to beat their price as well.  Our promise to you is simple:

    If we can't beat a competitor's lower advertised price by 5%, we'll sell you that
    product at our 'Cost Plus' policy floor :
          Cost +$30 for products to $500, or Cost +6% for products over $500.
    -Customer will pay normal shipping fees.
    -Competitor's price+S&H cannot exceed ours.
-Only identical merchandise/image tube is eligible.
-Merchandise found at auction is not eligible.

Please Note:  Scopes n' More exercises meticulous scrutiny with suspicious orders.  Unverifiable suspicious orders will be cancelled !   If you suspect your order may look suspicious when received, please contact us in advance for verification arrangements.

Sales Tax:

Scopes n’ More is required to collect a 6% sales tax for all orders shipping to Idaho, the state in which our business offices are located.  Also, part numbers that begin with ATN or USNV ship from California, and will require an 8% sales tax if shipping to California (exceptions noted below).  Sales tax will be calculated automatically at checkout for orders that list an affected shipping address.  Tax exempt institutions wishing to ship to a taxable address should contact us at Sales@scopesnmore.com for special order instructions.

Because California sales tax does not apply to all of our merchandise, unaffected part numbers are hosted in a separate shopping cart.  For most shoppers, this will not affect your shopping experience.  If you click a page link that transitions between products hosted in different carts, you will be asked to confirm before proceeding.  Any purchases in you cart will not be accessible from pages hosted in the other cart.

For California residents who wish to avoid sales tax on ATN products, our 'California Friendly' night vision is grouped together, and can be found on our California Friendly Night Vision page.  Gen 2, 3, and 4 ATN night vision products can sometimes be secured through alternate supply chains without shipping from California.  California residents interested in ATN Gen 2, 3, or 4 night vision should email Sales@scopesnmore.com.  Shipping time may be extended, and additional fees may apply.

Warranty:

Each product is warranteed against defects by the original equipment manufacturer.  As such, all warranty claims and repairs will be directed to the respective manufacturer.  All products are shipped with the manufacturers warranty and contact information enclosed.  Additionally, you can email us at Sales@scopesnmore.com, and we will provide the appropriate contact information.

All Products are insured against shipping and handling mishaps.  However, It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the package at time of delivery, and to reject any parcel that is opened or damaged.  If the package is accepted in poor condition, the shipping insurance may be nullified.

Domestic Shipping:

Night Vision orders typically ship within two business days of order.  Parcels will be shipped by the supplier's choice of delivery services (UPS, USPS, Fed-Ex, DHL), unless other arrangements are made.  Night Vision purchases are typically received 5-10 business days from order, but express delivery services are available.  Large orders (20+ pieces) may require additional preparation time, but typically no more than 7-10 business days.  All merchandise is shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouse (ATN, Rigel, RSR Group, or Night Optics USA) and will be addressed as such.

Scopes n’ More ships Night Vision Devices for free, and Night Vision Accessories are charged a flat fee of $5.  Express delivery options are available in the product details for each device, or by clicking the "Continue Shopping" button at checkout.  To accomodate the variety of suppliers and warehouse locations that we ship from, express shipping is priced flat-rate by category.  Express delivery charges may be additional for residents of Hawaii or Alaska.  To price shipping for large orders, to price express delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, or to request AM or Saturday delivery, please email us at Orders@scopesnmore.com.  For requests at purchase, be sure to include your order number.  Please bear in mind that delivery is subject to product availability, payment verification, and the operating hours of Scopes n’ More and our suppliers.

Please Note:  Express delivery services typically require a signature of receipt.  Delivery will likely be delayed if nobody is present at time of attempted delivery.

            All Products are insured against shipping and handling mishaps.  However, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the package at time of delivery, and reject any parcel that is opened or damaged.  Such products will be returned to the warehouse of origination.  Subject to availability, Scopes n’ More will ship the replacement item within 2 business days of receipt.  If the package is accepted in an abused condition, the shipping insurance may be made void.

Cancelled Orders:

Orders cancelled at the customer's request for reasons other than availability will be charged a 7% cancellation fee.  Orders cannot be cancelled after the product has shipped.  However, if delivery of the parcel is refused, the parcel will be returned to the address of origin, and your order will be handled as a return (see policy below).  At the discretion of Scopes n’ More, payment will be returned to the credit card, or remitted by check to the billing address on the order within 5 days of cancellation.

Night Vision Returns & Exchanges:        

With few exceptions, Scopes n’ More will accommodate returns of like-new night vision as allowed by each of our merchandise distributors.  Those products marked with "All Sales Of This Product Are Final" or similar are not eligible for return or exchange.  However, Scopes n’ More will gladly provide manufacturer warranty contact information for any of our merchandise.

For eligible night vision products in like-new condition, returns will be accepted by prior arrangement for a period of 21 days from purchase (30 days for business sales).  Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and complete instructions before returning any merchandise.  Merchandise that is returned without an RMA and all necessary information may be misdirected and not posted to your credit.  As such, Scopes n’ More is not responsible for items that are returned without authorization.  Also, because we do not stock merchandise at our business office, any merchandise returned to our business office will be charged additional shipping and handling, and credit will be delayed until received by the appropriate supplier.

Packaged items must be returned in their original package, and with the original paperwork.  Hermetically sealed and cellophane-wrapped products must remain sealed for return.  Also note that return postage must be prepaid by the customer. 

Subject to acceptance of the returned product's condition, within 10 business days of receipt payment will be credited to the original card of billing, or remitted by check to the billing address on the original order.  Returned night vision will be charged a 10% restocking fee, and shipping fees are non-refundable.  For merchandise exchanges, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to any issued credit.

For products purchased with promotional or reduced shipping, upon return the difference between normal shipping fees and paid shipping will be deducted from any issued credit.  If promotional merchandise is retained by the customer after product return, the difference between the regular price and the paid price will be deducted from any issued credit.

Again, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect their package at time of delivery, and reject any parcel that is opened or damaged.  All other warranty, repair, and replacement claims must be directed to the original equipment manufacturer.

Truth in Advertising:

At Scopes n’ More, it is our intention to advertise our merchandise completely and accurately, both in word and in illustration.  Unfortunately, equipment manufacturers do not always provide adequate information or artwork to fully describe their product.  Additionally, product manufacturers change designs, packaging, and naming without communicating those changes to us, the retailer.  When we become aware of significant changes to a product, we will update our description and any illustrations with the best information we have available.  Additionally, we try to provide current links to the Manufacturers' websites where possible, so our customers can research merchandise quickly and thoroughly.

When a product is purchased, we will deliver the merchandise corresponding to our model number.  It is the customer's responsibility to research the merchandise before purchasing, and to note any discrepancies.  Scopes n’ More will not be responsible for changes in design, appearance, or naming.  Any returns due to discrepancies between our presentation and delivered merchandise of the same model number will be subject to normal return/exchange procedures and policies.

Privacy Policy:

Scopes n’ More respects the interests of our patrons, and will never willingly disseminate personal information to other parties. Only pertinent information will be shared with the parties responsible for shipment and delivery of your products.

Scopes n’ More does not solicit business via email, nor do we believe it is in our customers’ interest to receive unsolicited offers, newsletters, etc.  Special sales, newsletters, and literature will be sent only to those customers explicitly requesting such materials, and such customers will be immediately unsubscribed upon their request.  Any other personal information will be retained only as required for our business records.
